Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding UK and international public holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery

Free Express Shipping is available for orders over £150 (UK) or £200 (international, excluding VAT and duties).

For orders below that threshold or requiring faster delivery, the following options are available:

UK Standard (Royal Mail 48): £4.95 — delivery within 2–3 business days.

UK Express (Royal Mail 24): £7.95 — delivery within 1 business day.

International Standard (Tracked): £9.95 — delivery within 6–10 business days.

International Express (DHL/FedEx): from £19.95 — delivery within 2–5 business days, depending on destination.

We ship to the UK, Europe, North America, Australia, and select worldwide destinations.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Final sale items (e.g., discounted bundles) are not eligible for refunds, but may be exchanged or credited at our discretion.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Cancellations
